A Celebration of Crab!

This is the menu of the dinner we put on for exclusive Media people from local TV and Radio Stations. It went off really well, the turnout was just a little shy, we had 25 people. It took a lot of work to get all the food ready, but the plates looked really nice and the food was spot on! I'll post pictures later in the week!
