A Chef's Life...not my peice, but you'll like!
Tue/February/2007 07:08 PM Filed in: Career
This is a pretty neat "poem" I found called
ironically "A Chefs Life". You can tell it was
written a bit ago by the slightly non PC ethnic
references (nothing terrible, just different
somewhat). I'll gladly give credit to whomever wrote
it, because in this internet driven world, we never
know!
(I would have probably taken off the last line, but you'll read it all!)
Also, welcome to many new readers over the last few weeks, it's nice knowing you're out there!

Found this video on
Digg.com which linked to YouTube. Very cool and worth
the time to watch....this is for real, there is some
theatrics on the video, but it is neat.

"Sourdough Bread Starter, Free, from original 1847 Trail in Southeast Oregon"
This is very cool phenomenon..."Starters" are small bits of bread dough that carry on the original active ingredients..this is from the era of cattle drives and chuck wagons..pretty neat. Hard to fit into a category?!
